I thought I "faved" this. It's now taken care of. Very nice shot.

Common Buzzard correct? Analogous with our Red Tailed Hawk I think.

Just returned from watching a spring migration. Bad weather but we saw a good number of Sharp-shins,Broadwings, and a few Merlins.

I really, really wish I had a 400 mm lense as well. *sighs* This looks just so stunning and you caught every detail of the bird. Light and focus are great, as is the sharpness. The blue sky puts out the bird even more. Another well executed photo, well done!

I can absolutely imagine. I have only 200 mm and I want a 400 mm but it's too expensive for me right now. Have to put more money aside and wait, I guess. *sighs*
